This International Congress provides a forum for researchers from various research centers, hospitals and institutes worldwide and supports in developing collaborations through the exchange of research data and ideas. It is also an excellent opportunity to reinforce partnerships between scientists, health public organisms and private companies to create a favourable environment of research and development.
This will led us to give more value to nutritionnal and therapeutic properties of Argan oil, Safran and Thyme as well as to their nutrients in the prevention of aging (cosmetology) and in the treatment and prevention of various age-related diseases and civilization diseases: cardiovascular diseases, hypertension, type 2 diabetes, ocular diseases, metabolic syndrome, obesity, neurodegenerative diseases (Alzheimer, Parkinson), cancer and others.
On the sidelines of this Congress, Three Events will be organized:

All the accepted abstracts will be published in "Nutrients" This journal covering the technologies/fields/categories related to: Food Science (Q1) and Nutrition and Dietetics (Q1)
In addition, a selection of the best papers will be proposed by the scientific committee for possible publication in the special issue of "Nutrients" created specifically for the first International Congress on Phytomedicine, Mediterranean Diet and Prevention of Aging and Age-Related Diseases, International University of Rabat, 18-19 May 2023
